| Abstract: | Starting from the historical evolution of the handling methods of our country＇ s medical damage appraisal, this paper analyzes the status quo of and problems existing in our country＇ s medical damage appraisal, and points out that must establish a scientific and unified appraisal mechanism for the purpose of guaranteeing the effective implementation of 〈Tort Liability Law〉. |
