| Abstract: | Based on the actual measurement, observation and technical material consulting,this paper analyzes on the data systemization of the foreign XX1140 cascade tube of microbeam night vision instrument, sums up the features of this management design and manufacturing technique, which provides convenience for the people of the same trade to design and manufacture the electrical vacuum instruments especially the same kind of the cascade tube of microbeam. |
