摘    要:半导体制冷主要是帕尔帖效应(Peltier effect)在制冷方面的应用。文章介绍了半导体制冷的原理、优点和不足。半导体制冷器由热电堆和导线组成,无任何机械运动部件,噪音低,无磨损,寿命长 具有高度的可靠性和良好的可维修性 不用制冷剂,对环境没有污染,绿色环保 不足是用于制冷时效率较低,损耗大。半导体制冷在工业、医疗卫生、军事等很多方面得到了广泛的应用。此外在电子设备的方面,半导体制冷也有着广泛的应用。

Abstract:Semiconductor refrigeration technology is the application of Peltier Effect: in refrigeration. The paper introduces the principles, advantages and disadvantages of this technology. The semiconductor refrigerator is composed of thermopiles and wires, with no mechanical parts or wear, no refrigerant, which is green and causes no pollution, and with low noise and long life, high reliability and better maintainability; and the disadvantages are low efficiency and greater loss. It can be used in many fields like industry, medi-care, military and electronic devices.
