| 摘 要： | 针对山西大唐国际临汾热电有限责任公司汽轮机油旋转氧弹值下降快、T501抗氧剂含量也降至较低水平的情况,通过用QZZ-6型汽轮机油在线再生净化装置对汽轮机油进行处理,处理后添加0.08%的T551,使汽轮机油旋转氧弹值、抗氧化性均符合GB/T 14541《电厂用运行矿物汽轮机油维护管理导则》中规定,油质各项指标稳定,无异常,适合推广应用。

| Abstract: | In the light of the situation of Datang International Linfen Thermoelectricity Limited Liability Company that the turbine oil＇s rotary oxygen bomb value drops quickly and T501 antioxidant content also decreases to a lower level, the turbine oil has been treated by using QZZ-6 type turbine oil＇s online regeneration ＆ purification plant, and adding 0.08% T551 after the treatment, making the turbine oil＇ s rotary oxygen bomb value and oxidation resistance meet the requirements of GB/T 14541 ＂power plant operation of mineral turbine oil maintenance and management guidelines＂, all indexes of the oil quality are stable, have no abnormalities, the turbine oil is suitable for popularization and application. |
