| Abstract: | The article,based on the current situation and future economic development in Shanxi and considering the regional mode of economic growth,industrial structural changes and the structure of energy consumption,introduces the difficulties and key factors restricting the achievement of energy-saving in Shanxi at present and gives some specific suggestions guarantee the achievement in the "Eleventh Five-year Plan". |
