摘    要:通过对质子交换膜燃料电池进行理论建模和试验,分析了反应气体压力、电堆温度和增湿温度对燃料电池输出电压的影响,在PEMFC允许的工作参数范围内,这3个因素增加均可使电池输出电压上升.同时通过燃料电池系统的性能试验验证了仿真结果的正确性.燃料电池的高负荷持续工作特性测试表明其符合作为车用动力源高负载长时间运转的要求.测定了不同气体压力下燃料电池的效率,分析了燃料电池的输出功率与其效率之间的变化关系,讨论了燃料电池作为车用动力源时的能量效率,为车用质子交换膜燃料电池的使用与控制以便发挥其最佳性能提供参考.

Abstract:Some important factors that impact output voltage and efficiency of PEMFC were investigated through theoretical modeling and experiment on PEMFC. Analysis was done about effect of reactant gas pressure, stack temperature and humidification temperature on output voltage. In the range of working parameters, all of them can promote output voltage. Model was verified through experiment of PEMFC stack. Meanwhile, working performance under heavy-duty for a long time and efficiency under three different gas pressures were tested, it indicated that PEMFC can do its work on duty. Relation between stack output power and efficiency were analyzed. Some discussion was conducted about transformation of energy efficiency on vehicle, through which some suggestion was provided about how to make PEMFC work on optimal condition.
