摘    要:随着人们对运输业与经济发展关系不断加深认识,对运输化过程及其阶段划分的思考也在深化.新的调整将原初步运输化阶段、完善运输化阶段和后运输化阶段分别改为运输化的1.0阶段、2.0阶段和3.0阶段,以便更好解释交通运输与不断发展变化的工业化、城市化、信息化、全球化、低碳化等重要进程相融.经过近些年的迅速发展,我国目前已处在运输化从1.0阶段向2.0阶段转变过程中,同时运输化更高级阶段的一些特征也开始提前出现.运输业在目前和未来一段时间内的主要任务,正从原来以大规模交通设施建设为主,转变为通过打破传统行政壁垒以有效推进多式联运,要使管理体制和政策制定适应运输化阶段性转变的要求,尽快提升现代交通运输的治理能力与水平.

The adj ustment to transportization stages division
Abstract:The reflection of transportization process and its stages division are deepening accompa-nied by the increasing awareness of the relationship between transportation and economic devel-opment.In order to explain the integration between transport and evolving of the industrializa-tion,urbanization,informatization,globalization,low carbonization progresses in a better way, we make the three stages,which once were preliminary transportization,advanced transportiza-tion and post transportization,adjusted to be the transportization stage 1.0,2.0 and 3.0.After the rapid development in recent years,Chinese transportization is conversing from stage 1 .0 to stage 2.0 and emerging some sort of characteristics in stage 3.0 in advance at the same time.The main task of transport industry in current and near future is to focus onbreaking the traditional administrative barriers so as to promote intermodal transport efficiently instead of giving priority to large-scale transport infrastructure construction.Therefore,it is required to make the manage-ment system and policies adapting to the conversing of the transportization stage and to enhance the governance of modern transportation as soon as possible.
