摘    要:服役条件的恶化和铸造缺陷的存在导致重载货车钩舌大量出现裂纹.根据实际应用中钩舌裂纹的出现位置和宏观形态,建立了含裂纹的钩舌有限元模型.采用相互作用积分法分析了牵引面水平中心线位置处、水平中心线附近及沿水平中心线处裂纹前缘的应力强度因子,并结合裂纹区不同位置处应力的变化特征,分析了应力对裂纹应力强度因子的影响.结果表明,牵引面处裂纹前缘的应力强度因子与裂纹位置和裂纹形状比有关,且相对于裂纹尺寸,应力对应力强度因子的影响更大.

Abstract:The deterioration of service conditions and the existence of casting defects lead to a lot of cracks on heavy wagon's coupler knuckles.A coupler knuckle's finite element model with cracks was established according to the location and morphology of cracks in practical application.The stress intensity factors of crack fronts on the horizontal center line,along the horizontal center line and near the horizontal center line of pulling face were analyzed based on interaction integral method,and the affects of stress on stress intensity factors of cracks were studied.The results show that the stress intensity factors of crack fronts are related to crack location and crack shape ratio.Compared with crack size,the stress of pulling face has greater influence on the stress in-tensity factor.
