25 t轴重货车通过道岔时动力学性能分析

摘    要:在车辆-道岔系统动态相互作用动力学模型基础上,建立针对新型12号混凝土岔枕单开道岔系统动力学模型,分析21 t及25 t轴重货车侧向和直向通过该型道岔时系统的动力学特性.结果表明尽管轮轨力和振动加速度因轴重增加而相应增大,但由于25 t轴重货车在轴箱处采用橡胶堆,使它与道岔之间的动态相互作用有所改善,尤其是脱轨系数、减载率、尖轨和心轨前端开口量等指标上,与21t轴重货车引起的系统振动值基本一致.由此证明新型货车通过新型道岔的安全可靠性.

Abstract:Based on a vehicle/turnout system dynamics model, a new dynamics model of the No. 12 concrete sleeper single turnout is established, and the system dynamics capability of the 21 t and 25 t load wagon passes through the turnout is analyzed. It is shown from the results that the acting force and vibrating acceleration are increased due to its axle load, however, the dynamics interaction between 25 t load wagon and the turnout can be improved by the rubber stack in its axle box, especially in the index such as derailment coefficient, reduction rate of wheel load, opening size of tongue rail and point rail, which is almost equal to the dynamics of 21 t axle load wagon. The secure capability of the new car passing the new turnout is proved in this study.
