| 摘 要： | 对于采用双层规划模型描述的固定需求条件下的连续平衡网络设计问题,给出了一种基于遗传算法和变尺度法相结合的混合算法.并给出了一个简单算例,理论分析和实际算例表明,该混合算法具有速度快和精度高的特点.

| Abstract: | A bi_level programming model and mixed algorithm for the continuous equilibrium network design problem with a fixed travel demand based on Genetic Algorithms and DFP Method is proposed in this paper. The theory analysis and numerical results show that the new algorithm may be applied to the large_scale transportation network design problem. |
