| Abstract: | The social supervisory system was adopted firstly on the jing jiu railway project in the history of China's railway construction. Through more than 3 years' practice on Jing Jiu Constuction Project, the auther means to seek the proper supervisory system which is suitable for new railway construction project in our country, and the method for developing the work under this system. |
