Abstract:This paper focuses on firms planning to launch Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in China's Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), with a view to improving the range of analysis technique so as to enhance the ability to assess values more accurately. This applies particularly to executive stock options and the valuation of their worth and potential. Enterprise value, free cash flow, and governance structure are another area of that yields valuable information in focus and the intention here is to facilitate the managing executive stock options efficiency
