| 摘 要： | 本文根据动态规划的原理,将运输能力加强方案选择优化所要确定的最优加强阶段数、各措施的最优排列顺序及最佳实施年限三个问题揉合在一起,建立了用动态规划理论解决运输能力加强问题的新方法.提出了将线路以前吝发展阶段的总体作为动态规划状态的新观点,解决了利用动态规划方法必须满足的无后效性问题,并建立了相应的动态规划方程。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of dynamic programming, this paper present a new method for using theory of dynamic programming to solve the problem of increasing transport capacity. The method fixes the three problems together, which are the number of opti- mum phase required for claoocing plans of increasing transport capacity, the optimum sequence of every measures and the optimum number of years for implement. The paper also presents a new idea of making railroads overall of every previous develope pha- ses as state of dynamic programming, which solves the problem of no delayed effect which must be meeted when dynamic pro- gramming method is used, establishes the appropriate equiatior of dynamic programming. |
