| 摘 要： | 利用ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ模拟研究了ＺｎＳ中电子在电场作用下的漂移运动．得出了平均漂移速度与电场的关系以及平均漂移速度的瞬态变化过程．针对Ｊ．Ｆｏｇａｒｔｙ等对速度尖峰成因的解释，通过调整计算机模拟的参数，证明了其解释不成立．进而通过研究电子的能谷转换过程，提出了尖峰的出现源于能谷转移过程

| Abstract: | Drift motion of electrons in ZnS under electric field is studied by means of Monte Carlo simulation. Relation between average dirft velocity and electric field is gained and the transient process of average drift velocity is investigated. The reason for the appearance of peaks in transient curves is discussed. |
