摘    要:以北京前门投入运营的"铛铛车"车轮为研究对象,从降低"铛铛车"在运行中产生的轮轨接触噪声的目的出发,将最优化理论运用于"铛铛车"车轮断面外形设计,建立了以车轮断面外形几何参数为设计变量、车轮结构振动辐射噪声最小为目标函数、承载强度为约束的数学模型,编制了相应的算法,得到了车轮断面外形几何参数的最优解,结果表明优化后车轮的声功率水平比原始车轮减小了30%,降低了车轮的振动噪声.
