摘    要:从成像原理、系统主要结构和技术特点分析、软件设计、扫查架和手动聚束斜探头几方面介绍了所研制的一种用于奥氏体钢焊缝超声检验的成像系统。该系统具有体积小、重量轻、功能强、适合于现场使用的特点,仪器实现了同一画面的A型和C型同时实时显示,能进行包括3D显示的7种组合图象的计算机处理和打印。

Abstract:A newly developed ultrasonic imaging stystem used in austenitic steel weld testing is discussed on its imaging principle, system structure, technical feature, software analysis,scanner and manual oblique focus beam transducer in this paper. This system has the advantages of small size, light weight, versatile and suitable for real field NDT. It has several functions such as A-scan and C-scan real-time display on the same screen at the same time,also computer processing and printing of seven synthetic impages including 3dimensional display .
