平面单轴柔性关节的力传递关系

摘    要:采用变形叠加方法分析了柔性微动关节的受力(矩)变形位移过程,推导了柔性关节两端广义力传递的矩阵变换.以对称半圆弧曲线柔性关节为例进行分析,并与以往采用伪刚体方法进行运动学建模的分析结果相比较,其结果与有限元分析结果更接近,从而大大提高了模型精度.

Abstract:The analysis of deformation and displacement of compliant joints is addressed in this paper with the tool of Deformation Repetitive Addition(DRA),and the transformation matrix of the general forces on the two sides of the compliant element of the joint has been gained.A case study for a single-axis right semi-circular profile flexure hinge has been conducted with DRA and with finite element approach(FEA),respectively.The precision resulted from this study has been highly improved compared with that obtained...
