弹簧钢脱碳层深度的无损检测

摘    要:对脱碳层深度和弹簧钢件热处理前后尺寸变化关系进行了研究,利用所得关系提出一种对弹簧钢脱碳层深度进行无损检测的方法,从微观组织变化角度进行了理论研究,并通过弹簧钢试样的热处理实验进行了验证.结果表明:脱碳层深度和弹簧钢件热处理前后尺寸存在关系,脱碳层深度从0.1 mm增加到0.4 mm的过程中,弹簧钢试样直径增加了0.054 5 mm.因此,由弹簧钢直径变化的数值能够间接地检测弹簧钢脱碳层深度,并运用该方法对60Si2MnA弹簧钢脱碳层深度进行无损检测.

Abstract:The relationship between the decarburized depth and size of spring steel is studied before and after heat treatment,and a non-destructive method on measuring the decarburized depth is proposed based on the relationship,which was also validated from both theory and experiments angles.The results show that there is a relationship between the decarburized depth and the size of spring steel,that is,spring steel will have larger diameter after quenching,and as the decarburized depth changes from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm...
