表面改性SiC纳米颗粒在电镀溶液中的分散研究

摘    要:以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为分散剂,制备了SiC纳米颗粒的悬浮液.通过沉降试验和离心分离试验对表面改性后的SiC纳米颗粒悬浮体系的稳定性进行了比较分析,结果表明,当SDS和CTAB在悬浮体系中的含量分别为0.01 g/L,0.10 g/L时,SiC纳米颗粒能够均匀悬浮,稳定分散.TEM观察悬浮体系的分散形貌表明,酸性条件下SiC纳米颗粒表面吸附的分散剂用量接近或达到饱和吸附量时,可以得到稳定性好的悬浮体系.

Abstract:SDS and CTAB were used as dispersants to obtain SiC nano-particles suspension. By means of the measuring technique for sedimentation and the effects of centrifugal force, surface modified SiC nano-particles suspension is analyzed. The result is that when the contents of SDS and CTAB are 0.01 g/L, 0.10 g/L separately, SiC nano-particles can be existed stably and uniformly. TEM analysis indicates that under acidic conditions the contents of dispersants which adsorbed SiC nano-particles appro,ached or reached the saturation, a stably suspended system is obtained.
