| 摘 要： | 车钩纵向载荷的研究对铁路重载货车车辆的设计可靠性和运用安全性具有重要的指导意义.本文选取4种重载货车车钩载荷谱作为分析对象,从单位km的大载荷发生频次以及车钩钩尾框疲劳寿命两方面对重载列车纵向载荷谱主要特征进行研究,分析了车钩纵向载荷谱在不同编组、轴重和载重条件下的可通用性.结果表明,通过等载重折算和等轴重折算,可以实现不同载重和轴重条件下获得的车钩纵向载荷谱的通用.

| Abstract: | The longitudinal load of coupler is critical to the reliable design and safe operation of the heavy haul railway freight trains.This paper analyzes four kinds of longitudinal load spectrums of heavy haul train couplers in terms of occurrence frequency of large load per kilometer and fatigue life estimation of coupler components.The universality of longitudinal load spectrum is discussed for various marshalling modes,axle loads and load capacities.The results show that the longitudinal load soectrum can be universalized by the conversion with load capacity and axle load. |
