摘    要:现阶段跨境农产品供应链联盟绩效评价对推进中国—东盟农产品流通产业转型升级具有重要的促进作用.参考既有文献成果并重点考虑广西—东盟跨境农产品供应链(联盟)的运作特点,构建跨境农产品供应链联盟绩效评价体系,指标体系由财务绩效、运营绩效和绿色绩效3个一级指标及其对应的12个二级指标组成;选取结构方程模型作为评价方法;以200个广西一东盟跨境农产品供应链联盟作为案例展开分析,结论支持该联盟绩效评价模型和所选取的评价方法的有效性.

Abstract:At present,the performance appraisal of Cross-border Agro-food Supply Chain Alliance plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrade of China-ASEAN agro-food circulation industry.By making reference to existing research results and focusing on the operation characteristics of Cross-border Agro-food Supply Chain Alliance between Guangxi and ASEAN,this paper attempts to build a performance appraisal index system for Cross-border Agro-food Supply Chain Alliance.The index system includes three primary indicators,covering financial performance,operational performance and green performance,as well as their corresponding twelve secondary indicators.This paper selects Structural Equation Modeling as the evaluation method,and takes two hundred Crossborder Agro-food Supply Chain Alliances between Guangxi and ASEAN as the cases for analysis.The results support the performance appraisal model of the alliance and prove the effectiveness of the selected appraisal method.
