热喷涂在高速重载铁路工程上的应用

摘    要:热喷涂是提高工程构件抗磨蚀性的有效技术,在高速重载铁路工程上应用具有广阔前景,将产生巨大经济及社会效益。铁路钢轨、辙叉等通过铁基合金粉末热喷涂层来提高抗磨性;锌铝喷涂层提供钢板长效防腐性能;采用爆炸喷涂修复曲轴等构件的方法具有巨大潜力;激光重熔喷涂层合金化能进一步改善构件抗磨蚀性。经过热喷涂的普通碳钢替代合金结构钢对发展高速重载铁路运输具有重要意义。

Abstract:Thcrmal spray is an effective tcchnique to improve friction and corrosion resistance of engineering components and is widely applying to high-speed and heavy haul railway engineering. Worn railway track is repaired with thermal spray coating of Fe-base alloy powder.Zn-Al coating provides an effective long-term corrosion rcsistancc. Repairing crank shaft of internal combustion engine by using explosion spray technique is available. Thermal spray coat remolten with laser can further improve friction and corrosion resistance of engineering components of high-speed and heavy haul railway. The substitution of plain carbon steel with thermal spray coating for structural alloy steel plays a great role in development of high-speed and heavy haul railway engineering
