| 摘 要： | 在运用系统工程的原理及方法对当前铁路运输企业国有资产管理的现状进行分析的基础上，设计了铁路运输企业国有资产管理系统，为实行以资本金效益评价和考核企业经营成果，为建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的国有资产管理体制，奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This paper applies system engineering principle and method to Railway Transport Enterprise State-Owned Property Management. It analyses the current situation of state-owned property management and designs the Railway Transport Enterprise State-Owned Property Management computer system model. This system lays a foundation for appraising capital benefits and testing enterprise management performance and for establishing state owned property management system accommodated to sociatlist market economic system. |
