重载列车E级钢钩舌疲劳裂纹扩展条件及寿命预测

摘    要:对重载列车E级钢钩舌进行了应力分析,导出了钩腕面裂纹的应力强度因子表达式.采用我国20 000 t列车车钩载荷谱,对钩腕面疲劳裂纹扩展的条件及扩展寿命进行了预测,并确定钩腕面裂纹的临界断裂尺寸,计算所得钩舌寿命与列车实际运行年限相一致.

Abstract:The stress of E-grade steel coupler knuckle was analyzed and the expression of stress intensity factor of the cracks on the coupler knuckle wrist area was given. Adopting 20000t coupler knuckle load spectrum, the condition and lifetime of fatigue crack growth on the area of coupler guard arm were predicted. The critical facture dimension of cracks on the area of coupler guard arm was also calculated. The life calculated is in accord with the practice servicing life.
