观赏植物矮化培养研究

摘    要:通过试验筛选出适合万寿菊、满天星快速繁殖的培养基.矮壮素可使满天星和万寿菊丛苗数量减少,植株生长明显受抑制,使其节间缩短,叶片增厚,叶色浓绿.矮壮素还有使万寿菊根系发达粗壮,分支较少的作用.500mg/L的矮壮素比较适宜矮化培养,既达到了矮化的效果又不至于阻碍植株正常生长,且试管苗株形紧凑、美观.

Abstract:Through the experiments,we screen the mediums that suit the Tagetes erecta and the Gypsophila paniculata rapid reproductions.Cycoel(CCC) may causes the reductions of bud quantity of the Tagetes erecta and the Gypsophila paniculata,also causes the adult plant grows obviously coming under the suppression and causes the length of stem to reduce,the leaf blade accumulation and makes the colour of the leaves looks greener.CCC also has the functions to make the root system of the Tagetes erecta to be sturdy and the reduction of branching.500mg/L CCC comparatively is suitable for the dwarfing culture.It has both achieved the dwarfed effect and not as for the hindrance of adult plant normal growth and also makes the in vitro plants compact and beautiful.
