摘    要:为了得到降解酚类化合物的优势菌株,以沈阳市铁西煤气厂曝气池和沉淀池中的活性污泥作为菌源,苯酚和间苯二酚作为底物,筛选出12株脱酚能力较强的菌株.单一菌株最高去除率分别达到83.46%和96.66%,混合菌株最高去除率分别达到87.28%和97.06%.其中7种菌株来源于曝气池,5种菌株来源于沉淀池,分别属于假单孢菌属、微球菌属、动胶菌属等5个细菌属.

Abstract:In order to attain dominant strains which can degrade phenol compounds, using the activated sludge of aeration tank and sedimentation tank at Tiexi gas works in Shenyang as origin of strains, phenol and resorcinol as substrate screening twelve kinds of strains. These strains have a high ability of degrading phenol compounds. The highest elimination rates of phenol compounds by single strain are 83.46% and 96.66%. And the highest eliminating rates of phenol compounds by mixed strains are 87.28% and 97.06%. These strains include five Genus, such as Pseudomonas, Micrococcus, Zoogloea, etc, of which seven strains come from aeration tank, others come from sedimentation tank.
