聚丙烯酸正丁酯改性酚醛树脂固化过程的研究

摘    要:用扭辫分析仪研究了聚丙烯酸正丁酯改性酚醛树脂的固化行为,与未改性的酚醛树脂固化过程相比,改性后的酚醛树脂凝胶化峰提前,表明聚丙烯酸正丁酯改性酚醛树脂更容易固化,对其进行动力学计算求得其固化活化能较未改性酚醛树脂活化能只略有降低,表明改性后酚醛树脂固化机理没有变化。

Abstract:The cure kinetics of phenolic resin modified by poly(n-butyl acrylate) are investigated with a torsional braid apparatus. The gelational peaks of the phenolic resin modified by poly(n-butyl acrylate) comes advance than that of the cure kinetics in phendic resin. The results indicates that phenolic resin modified by poly(n-butyl acrylate) comes than thos of. The activation energy of phenolic resin modified by poly(n-butyl acrylate) which obtained by dynamic computation reduces slightly. It shows that the cure mechanism of phenolic resin does not change after modification.
