| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加剧，城市生态环境问题日益突出，建设生态居住小区对改善城市环境具有重要作用．通过对沈阳市8个典型的居住小区的实地调查，应用生态学原理提出了生态居住小区的内涵，并制定了生态居住小区的评估指标体系．

| Abstract: | Nowadays metropolitanization comes up against a series of ecological crisis and environmental problems.The results from our long term intensive investigation on eight different type residential communities in Shenyang suggest that to build ecological residential communities is of critical importance and it's essential to improve urban environment.Based on ecological principles, in this paper,we not only have initially determined the connotation of ecological residential community but also,for the first time,have established a criterion system for evaluating and supervising the construction of ecological residential communities. |
