刺槐,国槐根际土壤中氨基酸和IAA的含量

摘    要:本文对刺槐和国槐根面与根际土壤中游离氨基酸及植物生长素IAA进行了分析,并研究了茎环割后上述生化成分的数量变化。结果表明:刺槐和国槐根面氨基酸组成和数量有很大差别;茎环割后,根面氨基酸的含量显著增加;两个树种根际土壤中氨基酸含量显著低于根面刺槐根面和根际土壤中IAA含量均大于国槐。茎环割后,刺槐、国槐根面IAA显著增加,表明根面IAA的存在是根系代谢和根际土壤微生物共同作用的产物.

Abstract:The content of free amino acid,phytohormone IAA in rhizoplane andrhizosphere soil of Robinia pseudoacacia and Sophora japonica are measured. we alsostudied the changes in content of biochemical substances after stem girdling. Theresult shows that the total content and composition of free amino acid in rhizoplaneof tested tree species are quite different;the amino acid content in rhizoplanes incre-ases after tested plants are girdled;the amino acid content of rhizosphere soil islower than that in rhizosplane. The content of IAA in rhizoplane and rhizospheresoil of tested tree species is in the same order:Robinia pseudoacacia,Sophorajaponica. IAA in rhizoplane increases after Robinia pseudoacacia and Sophora japon-nic are girdled, it indicates that IAA in rhizoplane is produced by acting uponeach other between root metabolism and micro-organisms in rhizosphere soil.
