| 摘 要： | 利用光学显微镜和透射电镜，研究了Ｘａｎｔｈｏｂａｃｔｅｒａｕｔｏｔｒｏｐｈｉｃｕｓ在发酵中聚－β－羟基烷酸的积累过程及超微结构．得到聚－β－羟基烷酸的最高含量为６２．７０％（Ｗ／ＤＷ）．其中聚－β－羟基丁酸与聚－β－羟基戊酸的比例为１．０∶２．６

| Abstract: | The species and distribution of locusts in the nature pretected national region of xiang hai in Ji Lin Brovince was reported in this article meanwhile the constitution of fauna and character of theielocusts in this region was studied preliminarily. According to chinese gegnaphal division. Xiang hai belong to old-northern area. Chinese-Ximalayia mountain sub-area. and the grassland region of shong hei is in the northern temperate zone. and the most species of locusts are eastern ones. There are 24 species in the region which belong to 7 family and 15 genus (17 old-novthern species make up 70.8%, 3 easten-ocean ones 12.5% and 4 wide sprend ones 16.7%) Because the feature of geographical enviroment that it has much mere herb and a few arbor and bush The most of the locuts are those which living in the grass land. |
