基于MapServer的沈阳市机械化道路除雪管理信息系统研究

随着经济的发展、社会的进步以及不可预知的恶劣天气出现频率的增加,人们对除雪工作提出了一些新的要求,如2007年冬季沈阳市遇到了百年不遇的大雪,给除雪工作带来了巨大的困难.为了应对这种突发应急事件,随时掌握整个沈阳市道路除雪的总体情况,提出了基于利用网络让管理部门和普通市民了解整个沈阳市道路除雪的新思路.目前沈阳市机械化除雪道路共有78条、42座桥梁,总面积987万m^2.采用人机配合并辅之抛撒融雪剂的方式进行除雪.利用开源GIS软件平台——MapServer网络地图服务软件包结合沈阳市机械化道路除雪多年的资料和经验积累,在对沈阳市机械化除雪道路和主要桥梁进行分类编码的基础上,建立了沈阳市机械化除雪道路网络管理信息系统,实现了机械化除雪的动态管理和实时更新.
