摘    要:钴加入钢铁中可以提高高速钢的高温硬度、耐热钢的高温强度等,其含量从百分之几至百分三十几不等,磁钢便是一种含钴、镍量较高的新型钢材.本文以Cu-EDTA为指示剂,铜离子选择电极指示滴定终点,用EDTA标准溶液络合滴定磁钢中的钴.在强酸性条件下,对大量铁及部分镍进行萃取分离,消除干扰,以KNO_3为离子强度调节剂,HAc-NaAc为缓冲液,在pH6.5的条件下进行测定,取得较好结果,且方法简便、快速.

Abstract:This paper reports a complexometric titration of cobalt in magnetic steel by EDTA,Cu-EDTA is used as indicatiir,copper ion selective electrode indica-ting titration end point.At high acidity,the interference of large quaiitities of iron and a portion of nickel is eliminated by extractive separation.The determina-tion is carried out at pH6.5 using KNO_3 as ionic strength adjustor,HAc-NaAcas buffer solution.The result is most satisfactory.The method is simple convenient and speedy.
