高等院校“校企合作、产教融合”人才培养模式的探索与实践

校企合作是决定职业教育质量的根本性因素,是新时期职业院校办学的核心理念和必由之路,这已经是高职教育界的共识。本文拟就汽车类专业"校企合作、产教融合"人才培养模式的构建方面做些有益的探索,在实践基础上形成结论,以期推广到其他专业或兄弟高职院校,为高职人才培养模式改革创新做出贡献。

College enterprise cooperation is the fundamental factor to determine the quality of vocational edu?cation, and it is the core concept and the only way of building vocational colleges in the new era, which is the con?sensus of the higher vocational education sector. This paper intends to do some useful exploration on the construc?tion of"college enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education"talent training modein the automo?bile specialty, form a conclusion on the basis of practice, in order to extend to other professional or brother higher vocational colleges, making a contribution for higher vocational talents training mode reform and innovation.
