基于供应链管理的企业竞争情报系统运行机制与情报流程

基于供应链管理的战略分析算法、组织模式和信息系统等理论,提出竞争情报系统需要解决三个问题:第一,企业在供应链管理过程中组织模式变化对应的竞争情报系统需求和运行机制;第二,竞争情报系统与其他管理信息系统,尤其供应链管理系统中信息到情报转换的途径、方式、方法及其边界关系;第三,从竞争情报的角度为解决供应链管理中信息共享、协调和预测问题提供一种集成方式和解决办法。

The Operating Mechanism and Intelligence Flow of Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System based on Supply Chain Management

Based on the strategy analysis algorithm, organization mode and information system and other theories of Supply Chain Management (SCM), this project provides three problems that need to be solved by Competitive Intelligence System(CIS):First, the enterprise CIS system demands and operating mechanism corre?sponding to the changing organization pattern in SCM process;Second, the ways, means, methods and boundary of data flow (information-to-intelligence) conversion in the CISand other management information systems, espe?cially the SCM system;Third, provide an integrated method and solution to the problem of information sharing, coordination and prediction in SCM from the point of competitive intelligence.
