综合性门户网站用户隐私政策比较分析

本文选取国内十多个综合性门户网站作为调查样本,对其制定的用户隐私保护政策从政策显示方式、用户信息收集内容、收集目的、收集方式、用户信息安全、用户信息利用与共享、未成年人隐私保护、免责声明等方面逐一做了比较分析。比较显示,其用户隐私保护政策得失并存,优劣互现。可从增强网络服务商责任感、健全用户隐私政策内容体系、完善相关法律法规以及提高用户隐私保护意识等角度来强化用户隐私保护。

Comparative Analysis of Users’Privacy Policies in the Comprehensive Portals

This paper selects more than 10 domestic comprehensive portals as samples for survey. It com?pares the regulated users’privacy policies, from the aspects of policy display modes, users’information collect?ing contents, purpose, methods, security, use and sharing, children's privacy protection and disclaimers respec?tively. The comparison shows that these privacy policies have both advantages and disadvantages, both losses and gains. Increasing the responsibility sense of Internet service providers, completing users’privacy policy con?tent system, perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and improving users’awareness of privacy protection can strengthen users’privacy protection.
