摘    要:"2011计划"自启动实施,已历时三年,成效显著。《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》的发布实施,为"2011计划"的继续推进指明了方向,是学科、科研和人才三位一体的交互式推进建设,其根本出发点,同样是"国家急需,世界一流"。

Abstract:“2011 Plans”have been launched for three years since startup with significant achievement. At the same time, the issue and implementation of Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of the World's Lead?ing Universities and First Class Disciplines clarifies the direction for the continued implementation of“2011 plans”.It is a trinity interactive propulsion construction of disciplines, scientific research and talents, its funda?mental starting point is also“national urgent need and world leading”.
