| 摘 要： | 2015年中国政府提出"互联网+"行动计划以来,"中国县域互联网+行动联盟""中国县域互联网+扶贫协作联盟"相继成立。贫困县应抓住互联网+行动计划带来的发展机遇,创新管理模式和发展途径,破解脱贫难题。互联网+连接一切,聚集创新资源,形成创新动力。贫困县产业集聚区的互联网+创新驱动主要着力点有,互联网+创新形成县域内部生态圈;创新形成集聚区企业群体智慧;创新变革集聚区企业组织管理模式;创新形成县域外部生态圈。

| Abstract: | China County Internet+Action Coalition and China County Internet+poverty alleviation collabo?ration alliance have been established, since Chines government introduced a"Internet+"action plan in 2015. Poor counties should seize the opportunity brought by Internet + action plan to create new management mode and development ways, and get rid of poverty. Internet+can connect everything, and gather innovative resources to get innovative power. The main Innovation drivingforces of Poor County Industrial Agglomeration Area should include several aspects. Internet+helps to form County’s Internal and external development ecological circle, generate group intelligence, and change organization management mode. |
