大数据环境下高校图书馆信息服务创新研究

大数据时代不仅改变着人们的思维、生活以及工作方式，也在很大程度上改变着图书馆的发展方式。本文引出图书馆处理数据信息与大数据技术的共性所在，分析大数据时代高校图书馆数据资源建设和完善的策略，提出大数据时代高素质智慧专业人才是图书馆发展的瓶颈，并提出图书馆在智慧图书馆员培养的方向。

Innovation Research of College Library Information Service under the Big Data Environment

Big data era not only changes the thinkingways,life and work of people,but also influences the development mode of libraries to a great degree. This paper introduces the common characterisics of the library data processing and big data techniques,analyses the strategies of the data resources construcion and perfec?tion of college libraries in big data environment,points out that the lack in intelligent and professional talents with high quality have been a bottleneck in big data environment,and proposes the intelligent librarians’train?ing direction for the library.
