家兔源致病性维罗纳气单胞菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

四川某兔场家兔爆发以咳嗽、打喷嚏和流鼻液等症状的疾病.为调查其病因,分别无菌采集5只病兔和临床健康兔肺脏分离细菌,对分离出的4株优势菌进行16S rDNA PCR扩增测序分析鉴定,并对分离的细菌进行药敏试验和小鼠致病性试验.结果从发病家兔肺脏分离到4株维罗纳气单胞菌,而从临床外表健康家兔肺脏未分离到该菌;本试验分离的4株维罗纳气单胞菌均对小鼠有致病性,能引起小鼠发病并部分死亡;分离菌对大多数氟喹诺酮类、β-内酰胺类、四环素类药物敏感,对大部分氨基糖苷类药物耐药.试验首次从家兔肺脏中分离到致病性维罗纳气单胞菌,并筛选出敏感药物,为家兔呼吸道疾病的防控提供了参考.

Isolation, Identification and antibiotics resistance analysis of aeromonas veronii from rabbits

In this study, The sick rabbits, showing clinical symptoms of coughing, sneezing and snivelling, outbroke in a rabbit farm in Sichuan Province. In order to investigate the pathogens caused the disease, 10 lungs which were collected from 5 diseased rabbits and 5 clinical healthy rabbits were tested by bacteria isolation and identification?and?drug?susceptibility.The results showed that 4 bacteria isolates were obtained and were identified by 16S rDNA PCR amplifying and sequencing analysis, all isolates Aeromonas veronii from sick rabbits. The 4 isolated Aeromonas veronii were pathogenic to the mice, some mice died, and some only showed clinical symptoms.The antibiotics resistance analysis showed the 4 Aeromonas veronii isolates were sensitive to most types of fluoroquinolones, beta lactams and tetracyclines, however, resistant to most types of aminoglycosides. It is the first time to identify the pathogenic Aeromonas veronii in rabbits , which could provide reference for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in rabbits caused by Aeromonas veronii .
