| 摘 要： | 辅导员工作是大学生成长过程中一个重要的环节,单纯以政治思想辅导和常规管理为主的辅导员工作,已不能适应时代的要求,更不能满足学生全面发展的需要。从情感、激励、引导等不同角度进行论述,希望通过这些方法的相互协调、综合运用,为学生多方面能力的培养提供支持。
