摘    要:在宝钢原料条件下 ,分别采用三种无烟煤进行代替焦粉的烧结 ,研究煤粉不同上限粒度 (8mm ,5mm ,2mm)对烧结矿质量的影响 ,利用烧结矿矿相结构进行分析 ,结果表明 :太西煤推荐为首选代焦煤种 ,粒度上限为 8mm ;其次为大安山煤 ,粒度上限为 5mm ;采用宝桥煤代焦烧结时 ,粒度上限为 5mm ,但烧结矿硫质量分数及RDI指标较高

Abstract:The three kinds coals will be used for sinter process instead of coke powder in baosteel.It is analyzed and discussed these results according to the mineral facies study.The result undicated that Taixi coal is the best coal to instead of coke powder and its largest size is 8 mm;the second is Daanshan coal and its largest size is 5 mm;the third is Baoqiao coal and its largest size is 5 mm.The sinter has more S and higher RDI.
