| Abstract: | A new non-equality which is both defined based on the normal simply complex(or mixture system)and based on positive definite quadratic form was found out and proved clearly and some examples of this non-equality were given.Then the non-equality was used to study the structure of optimal designs for Scheffe model defined on multiple mixture system. |
