| 摘 要： | 公平与效率是人类社会努力追求的两大目标,也是衡量人类社会文明发展程度的两个重要尺度。运用社会历史的方法分析得出结论,公平与效率的统一是社会和谐发展的前提和保证。通过对我国社会主义市场经济发展进程的分析,提出在动态中把握二者的和谐统一是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Fairness and efficiency are the aims which the human beings always pursue since thousands of years,and they are also the scales which value the development of human society.It is concluded that the harmony between fairness and efficiency is the prerequisite and the guarantee for any society;through the concrete analysis,it is known that keeping the relationship between fairness and efficiency harmonious dynamically is essential on Constructing harmonious socialist society. |
