论发展社会性质的资本经济

通过对资本主义概念的再认识，提出了“社会性质的资本经济”概念，并指出这一概念对探索适应和促进当前社会生产力发展的有效生产方式、解决所有制改革深层次问题具有重要意义，同时指出，要发展社会主义市场经济，就要大力发展社会性质的资本经济；发展社会性质的资本经济谘须坚持社会主义政治，这是社会主义市场经济的突出特征。

On developing capital economy of social kind

This paper presented the concept of the capital economy of the social kind through rerecognizing the concept of capitialism,and point out its profound meaning in adapting and promoting the effective ways of production of the development of social productivity today,together with solving the problem in deep level of structure for the reform of system owner.And point out at the same time,developing the socialism market economy must be developing the capital economy of the social kind strongly,and developing the capital economy of the social kind must insist on the socialism politics.This is the outstanding characteristic of the socialism market economy.
