| Abstract: | To construct the undergraduate medical college personnel training mode,we should adapt to the direction of medical service and the changing and modernized disease,follow the rule of the growth of talent,satisfy the health service needs,and meet the employment needs.Only in this way can we train more high-quality and high-level medical personnel in the higher medical education of the 21st century. |
