| 摘 要： | 为了深入研究外商直接投资对区域就业数量的影响,从理论上分析了外商直接投资对中国就业数量的直接效应和间接效应;以辽宁省作为实证分析对象,根据1985～2008年数据,建立外商直接投资实际利用额和国内固定资产投资额及辽宁省就业人员总数之间的二元回归模型,结果表明外商直接投资对于区域就业数量的影响是积极的。提出了继续加大吸引外资力度同时重视内资对就业的拉动作用的建议。

| Abstract: | In order to research the foreign direct investment impact on regional employment numbers in China,its direct effect and indirect effect are analyzed theoretically,Liaoning province is taken as an example,according to the data from year 1985 to 2008,a binary regression model is established.The results indicate that the foreign direct investment impact on regional employment numbers is positive,finally a corresponding suggestion is proposed. |
