摘    要:本文分析了纳米超细粉体制备的化学沉淀法中溶液滴加法混合的缺点:胶粒生成、团聚与陈化等在时间顺序上逐渐发生而严重不同一,成为粉体颗粒分散性好、粒径均匀的障碍.本文将溶液滴加混合改为快速混合。发挥各因素同一性和优势,通过草酸共沉淀法制备成颗粒分散性好、粒径均匀、只有软团聚的纳米BaTiO3粉体,平均粒径达到28nm。

Abstract:In the chemical precipitation of nanometer ultrafine powder preparations,this paper analyses the defect of solution mixed drip method:the colloid generation,aggregation and aging etc,which happen with different time and quite different.Therefore,it's the barrier of both dispersive degree and narrow range of particle size.Solution mixture is improved by mixing quickly in the whole solution,so the superiority of concordance of each factor can bring into full play.Soft aggregation nanometer powder is prepared in high dispersive degree and in narrow size range by oxalic acid coprecipitation,and the average particle size is 28 nm.
