Optimizing design method of raw and processed materials dictionary based on stock entering frequency

A soft sorting method of raw and processed materials was proposed with an illustration of a managing system of raw and processed materials in a smelting manufacture factory and a combination of raw and processed materials purchasing and production consumption condition in a practical project.This method's main rule is ABC classification put by Vilfredo Pareto,an Italian economics and statistician ,and its reference rule is the relating degree with the combination and using of original classification method.The algorithm design and program implement of the method were described in detail,and the implement efficiency of the method in practical running system was analyzed.The sorting method proves to be reasonable through the sharp improvement of efficiency.
