| 摘 要： | 以非典为突发事件典型案例,分析了突发事件使高校思想政治教育面临特殊的困难与挑战入手,反思高校的思想政治教育在公民素质教育、社会责任感教育、民族精神教育等方面存在的问题,提出高校思想政治教育在常规的工作体制和运行机制、教育方式和途径、教育内容、建立信息预警和信息反馈机制四个方面改革的具体举措。
