| 摘 要： | 为了满足现代化的生产需求,采用双丝杠传动,解决了带钢轧机导卫设备的主传动机构导卫刚度和可调性差问题,实现了导卫前后的同步运动和双导向,同步导向误差率低于1%;液压移出装置,解决了在线检修影响生产和不能整体移入移出的问题,提高了设备维修的效率;水雾除尘装置,增加了导卫降尘的功能,消除了烟尘对环境的污染,降尘量达到90%;同时设计了自动化控制系统,生产效率提高60%。
